HOW IS THE SUMMIT ORGANIZED?

The summit will be developed in the following way:

Two plenary for the installation and closing respectively.
· Installation:
· Closing ceremony.
· Conferences, topics of general interest.
· Work groups in 10 thematic areas, the workgroups will hold parallel).
· Permanent Exhibition of experiences and projects in Stand
Integration and Cultural activities.

METHODOLOGY FOR THE WORKGROUPS

There will be thematic talks in the following areas: Biodiversity, agriculture, energy, water, habitat, education, voluntarism, Organizational strengthening and youth participation, information and communication and employment.

Different methodologies were developed to know the way as youth see, use and affect the environment since the personal experience; also how groups are organized to develop their activities, experiences and initiatives, as well as which are the necessaries alliances to give continuity to their environment work.

Finally it searches to facilitate a global commitment of youth with the sustainable development.


CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND OF INTEGRATION

They will be held cultural and integration activities at nights, if some delegation or person is interested in carrying out a cultural activity should communicate with the organizers to agree the pertinent details.

The ecological cocktail is constituted in a privileged space for the cultural exchange, for this reason it is recommended to bring typical suit, music, posters, brochures, handicrafts, sweet etc.

STAND

Stand will be adapted  so that interested people or institutions can show their experiences and materials. In the activity denominated "Tour for the World" each organization will be able to give to know its projects through of its stand.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

The official language of the meeting will be Spanish, there will be translation to English.
